!!!!!!!!!!!Due to the U.S. Post Office's frequent rate changes and the variability of the mailing costs to sites not served by Global Priority Mail, orders sent to areas outside of the U.S. will be usually sent by the most inexpensive Air Mail route. Should the actual cost of postage exceed the above $12.00 (US) rate {$10.00 (US) postage rate plus a $2.00 (US) handling charge}, the book(s) will be shipped by surface mail (4-6 weeks delivery time) unless otherwise arranged.
  I cannot acquire the U.S. Postal service's rate charts and encorporate them into the calculation program of this website. If you do not want a delay, send me an email that authorizes me to charge any additional postal charges to your credit card. You will never be charged more than the actual postage I have to pay to send it plus a $2.00 (US) handling charge. My presumption is that most people want the book sent by Air Mail because they want it in hand in a reasonably rapid period of time; however, I cannot sustain the losses when the postage rate is expensive. For instance, I had to ship a book to Oman in the Middle East, the cheapest airmail rate was $20.75 because Global Priority Mail did not service that area. I couldn't be expected to pay the $8.75 (US) difference. So, it was necessary to re-negotiate the shipping costs. This resulted in a delay and excess effort because I cannot adjust the charges that come through on the e-commerce system to be greater that what was authorized when the order was submitted. Sorry for this inconvenience; however, I can't figure out a better system at this time given the limited resources at my disposal.
