The O'Connor Technique (tm) is based upon the understanding that the overwheming majority of spinal pain originates from bio-mechanical problems in which the spine' s intervertebral disc material has been physically displaced. The O'Connor Technique (tm) employs a unique method in which back pain sufferers, themselves, can easily identify the nature of their problem, relocate the displaced disc material, and prevent it from dislocating again. By performing simple, specific, sequential, non-painful, postural, movements of the body (maneuvers), the readers can usually instantly relieve spinal pain far more effectively without exercises, than any other physical therapy, osteopathic, medical, or Chiropractic modality; and, in effect, become their own "Chiropractor," typically more effectively and with better results.
